Please note, the final timetable for the day will not be confirmed by Senate House until the week of your graduation. Depending on ceremony timings, it is expected that graduands will have a briefing with the Praelector in the morning, before processing to Senate House for your graduation ceremony. Following this there will be a garden party buffet lunch for graduands and their guests.

Graduands places at the lunch are free of charge, however there is a £15.00 per person charge for guests. Please ensure you book any guest places at the lunch by 9am on Friday 5th July at the latest via the online booking form here: www.magd.cam.ac.uk/graduation-guest-payment.

All applications to graduate must be received before the cut-off date of 9.00am on Thursday 27th June 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
