Click and Collect
Click and collect items from the New Library.
The Click and Collect service is available to current Magdalene students for two specific purposes:
- Students can request staff to retrieve items from the restricted 'Reserve stock' location.
- Students who have disclosed a Student Support Document to the Library can use the service to request any item from the New Library collections.
Submitting a request
Once you submit the form, library staff will retrieve your requested items and loan them to you. You will receive a confirmation email when they are ready for collection. Items not collected within one week will be re-shelved.
Before submitting a request, check iDiscover to ensure the item has an 'Item in place' status. If it is on loan, please use the request system in iDiscover (available during term time).
If the Library does not have the item you need, you can submit a purchase request using our recommendation form.
