Freshers' Tea 2026
New students are warmly invited to stop by Hall for a cup of tea or coffee, get to know other Freshers, collect your Freshers' goody bag, buy some Magdalene merchandise, and meet the Alumni and Development Team.
Take a break from moving in to grab a hot drink and a biscuit at our Freshers' Tea, located in Hall, between 10am and 2pm. We have a free Freshers' goody bag for all new students (containing a clear bag for you to use at the University Library, a Magdalene lanyard and card holder, some information on the services the Alumni and Development Office provide, and some sweets). We will also have our range of Magdalene merchandise for new students to purchase, including some discount offers not otherwise available throughout the rest of the year.
Parents and families of new students are very welcome to attend as well!
