The next University-wide Open Days are:
- Thursday 9 July 2026: Undergraduate Open Day (Subject Departments, Colleges and support services will be open)
- Friday 10 July 2026: Undergraduate Open Day (Subject Departments, Colleges and support services will be open)
These events are designed for prospective applicants from Year 12, Year 13 (or equivalent) and mature applicants (aged 21 or over), to learn more about the University and Cambridge Colleges.
Booking is essential via the Cambridge Open Days website to ensure you receive an Open Day ticket and all the information you need to plan for your visit. Each prospective applicant can book a ticket for up to one guest. Once a booking has been made, separate reservations to visit Colleges and Departments are not normally required.

Student-Led Tours
Our student will be running tours throughout the day, offering you the chance to explore key areas of the College, including the New Library, Dining Hall, and student accommodation. These tours are a great way to get a feel for the spaces where our students live and work, and to see what day-to-day life at Magdalene is really like.
Throughout your visit, our students will share their experiences and answer any questions you might have, whether about academic life, social activities, or settling into Cambridge. They come from a wide range of subject areas, so there will be someone to speak to whatever your interests.
We encourage you to chat with them, ask questions, and find out what makes Magdalene special to those who know it best.
