Application Dates and Deadlines

The Cambridge application process has several important dates and deadlines, all of which must be met to ensure your application is considered.

UCAS deadline

The UCAS deadline for Cambridge is earlier than most other universities.

UCAS applications must be submitted by 6:00 pm (UK time) on 15 October.

Key dates and deadlines for the 2025-26 admissions round for entry in October 2026 and deferred entry in October 2027.

• 1 September: Deadline for Organ Scholarships applications
• 8 September: Deadline to apply for access arrangements for the ESAT and TMUA admissions tests.
• 16 September tbc: Deadline to register for the LNAT admissions test
• 16 September: Deadline to apply for access arrangements for the UCAT admission test
• 29 September: Deadline to register for the ESAT and TMUA admissions tests. This is also the deadline to apply for a bursary voucher for these tests
• 19 September: Deadline to register for the UCAT admission test
• 26 September: UCAT admission test deadline. This is also the deadline to apply for a bursary voucher for this test.
   

• 9 and 10 October: ESAT admissions test dates
• 13 or 14 October: TMUA admissions test dates
• 15 October (6.00 pm UK time): Deadline for UCAS applications
• 15 October: LNAT admission test deadline
• 22 October (6.00 pm UK time): Deadline of submission for the My Cambridge Application
• 22 October: Deadline to submit any extenuating circumstances
• 22 October: Deadline to provide your transcript, if you’re an international student

• 5 November: Deadline for submission of written work in relevant subjects
• 5 November: Deadline for submission of the Interview Adjustment Form
• 5 November: Deadline for submission of, if relevant, any UMS marks already achieved

• 5-19 December: Interview period

• Early January: A small number of interviews may take place in the first two weeks of January
• Mid-January: Winter Pool
• Mid-January: Winter Pool interviews
• Late January: Offer letters sent out to successful applicants
