To graduate in person on Saturday 19 November 2025, please complete the form below.

If you prefer to graduate in absentia, please fill out the Apply to Graduate In Absence Form.

The final timetable for the day will be confirmed by Senate House in the week of graduation. Graduands can expect:

• A morning briefing with the Praelector
• A procession to Senate House for the graduation ceremony
• A two-course lunch in Hall for graduands and their guests

Graduands attend the lunch free of charge, while guest places cost £25.00 per person. Guest bookings must be made by 9:00am on Monday 21 April via the Graduations Guest Tickets Form.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 9:00am on 7 November. Late applications will not be accepted.
