If you prefer to graduate in absentia, please fill out the Apply to Graduate In Absence Form.

The final timetable for the day will be confirmed by Senate House in the week of graduation. Graduands can expect:

• A morning briefing with the Praelector
• A procession to Senate House for the graduation ceremony
• A celebratory buffet lunch for graduands and their guests

Graduands places at the buffet lunch are free of charge, however there is a £15.00 per person charge for guests. Please ensure you book any guest places at the lunch by 9am on Monday 14 July at the latest via the Graduations Guest Tickets Form.

All applications must be submitted by 9:00am on Thursday 3 July. Late applications will not be accepted.
