Housekeeping Supervisor
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £26,982 per annum
The College is looking to appoint an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Housekeeping Team.
The Housekeeping Supervisors ensure that the highest possible standard of housekeeping is achieved in College buildings within the allocated time and supervises College Housekeeping Assistants in this process. The Supervisors communicate with the Housekeeping Manager regarding all departmental issues.
We would like to hear from candidates with previous experience in some or all of housekeeping, conference, hotel, hospitality sectors.
Candidates will need proven supervisory skills and a good level of interpersonal skills so to develop effective working relationships within the organisation.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week. The post attracts a salary of £26,982 p.a. and excellent benefits including:
- contributory pension scheme
- free lunch when in College
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- the use of sports facilities

Painter and Decorator
Full time: 40 hours per week
Up to £30,116 per annum
The College is looking to appoint a Painter and Decorator to work as part of the in-house team providing planned and reactive maintenance across the College estate (main site and outside properties).
The postholder is responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating, including internal/external finishes. Work is carried out in occupied and historic (listed) buildings and requires excellent preparation, finishing skills and safe working practices.
The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with a salary of up to £31,810, dependent on qualifications and experience and excellent benefits including:

• the use of sports facilities

Personal Assistant
Full time: 36.25 hours per week
£33,942 per annum
One-year fixed term
We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide support to both the Master and the President of the College. The postholder will work alongside the President’s PA and provide administrative support to functions relating to both the Fellowship and college committees. This includes administering the system for the recruitment of Fellows, guest room bookings, helping co-ordinate some dinners and events and act as secretary to two committees. This is alongside assisting with diary management and responding to correspondence.
The post is fixed term due to a change in Master from October 2027.
Applicants should have experience working in a PA role, excellent organisation and communication skills. Applicants should also have experience in dealing with a large amount of correspondence, have excellent attention to detail and have solid IT skills.
The position is full-time, 36.25 a week, and attracts a highly competitive salary of £33,942 p.a., plus a cost of living rise which is typically applied in August, along with excellent benefits including:
