Application Dates and Deadlines

The Cambridge application process has several important dates and deadlines, all of which must be met to ensure your application is considered.

Key dates and deadlines for the 2026-27 admissions round for entry in October 2027 and deferred entry in October 2028. Key dates for pre-registration assessments are below.

• 1 September: Deadline for Organ Scholarships applications
• Throughout September: Various ESAT, LNAT, TMUA, and UCAT test deadlines (see below).

• 15 October (6.00 pm UK time): Deadline for UCAS applications
• 22 October (6.00 pm UK time): Deadline for submission of the My Cambridge Application
• 22 October: Deadline to submit any extenuating circumstances
• 22 October: Deadline to provide your transcript, if you are an international student

• 5 November: Deadline for submission of written work in relevant subjects
• 5 November: Deadline for submission of the Interview Adjustment Form
• 5 November: Deadline for submission of the Access to Technology Form
• 5 November: Deadline for submission of any UMS marks already achieved, if relevant
   

• 4-18 December: Main interview period

• Early January: A small number of interviews may take place in the first two weeks of January
• Mid-January: Intercollegiate Winter Pool
• Mid-January: A small number of interviews may be arranged in the week after the Winter Pool for candidates still under consideration at this point
• Late January: Outcome letters sent out to all applicants

1 June – 14 September: Access arrangements applications open

1 June – 21 September: Bursary applications open

Test Booking Open: 20 July – 28 September (14 September deadline for those with access arrangements) 

ESAT Test: 12-16 October (applicants from China, Hong Kong and Macau must take the test on 12 or 13 October)

TMUA Test: 12-16 October (applicants from China, Hong Kong and Macau must take the test on 15 or 16 October)

Test Booking Open: 1 August – 15 September

Test Window Open: 1 September – 15 October

20 May – 10 September (3pm): Access arrangements applications open
