College Statement on Harassment

The College is horrified by Stella Creasy’s account of the ordeal she suffered as a student in the late 1990s. We abhor any incidents of harassment and sexual misconduct of any sort and have established systems to deal with any matters of this nature. The College is committed to and supportive of the University’s Breaking the Silence campaign and works closely with our student representatives to that end.

The College has taken significant steps in recent years to ensure that its policies regarding safeguarding and dealing with any disciplinary actions, including sexual misconduct, are clear. The welfare of our community, providing a safe environment and enabling our resident students to feel supported in all aspects of their time at Cambridge is our priority.
