Please complete the form below to apply to graduate in person on Saturday 25 February 2023. Should you wish to graduate in absence on this date, please complete the 'in absence' application form, which can be found here.

Please note, the final timetable for the day will not be confirmed by Senate House until the week of your graduation. Depending on ceremony timings, it is expected that graduands will have a briefing with the Praelector in the morning, before processing to Senate House for your graduation ceremony. Following this there will be a two-course lunch in Hall for graduands and their guests.

Graduands places at the lunch are free of charge, however there is a £25 per person charge for guests. Please ensure you book any guest places at the lunch by 9am on Friday 17 February at the latest via the online booking form here:

All applications must be received before the cut-off date of Thursday 3rd February 2023. Please note that late applications will not be accepted.
