Application for Graduation to a Higher Degree on MA Day

Please complete the application form below to apply for Graduation to a Higher Degree (eg. M.Phil, P.hD.) on MA Day.

You must have written approval from the Board of Graduate Studies before you can proceed to your degree. Provisional bookings can be made, providing approval is received at least 5 working days before the ceremony.

Applications and payment must be received before the cut-off date of Friday 24 April 2020. Applications received after the cut-off date will not be processed in time for the ceremony.

Please note:

• the College cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation bookings made in the event that approval is not given or the application closing date has passed
• all University debts must be paid before you can proceed to your degree
• your name will appear on your Degree Certificate just as it appears on CamSIS. If your name has changed you will need to notify the Student Registry
