Cripps Court accessibility

• Cripps Court is located on Chesterton Road, approximately 320m from the main Magdalene College Porters’ Lodge, First Court (with the library and dining hall), and the Village (further student accommodation). The road does not have a steep gradient. The nearest National Rail stations are Cambridge and Cambridge North.
• There is a Citi 4 bus stop within 70m of Cripps, which services Cambridge Drummer Street Bus Station.

• This information is for the main entrance of Cripps Court, which gives access to the building’s common areas and accommodation. The entrance consists of an outside gate and an automatic door into the building, which are level with each other. A key card is required for access to the gate.
• The height of the card reader/lock is 105cm.
• The width of the gate opening is 140cm.
• There is not a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at this entrance.
• The main double doors open automatically, and the width of the door opening is 128cm.

• There is a Porters desk at this entrance, which is staffed part-time, There is a telephone connection to the Porters’ Lodge. The height of the phone is 80cm.
