Offer Holders
Below is a list of key information, dates and deadlines for those holding an offer to commence their studies in October 2024 or deferred entry in October 2025.

Submit a copy of valid photographic ID for ID check purposes via the Applicant Documents Upload Form. Offer holders who will need a student visa will be required to submit a copy of their passport they wish to use as part of the request for student immigration documentation. |

Return the Financial Undertaking Form via the Applicant Documents Upload Form. All offer holders were sent a Finance Letter and a copy of the Financial Undertaking Form in February. Refer to the Finance Letter for full details. |

Submit copies of certificates of any examinations listed on your UCAS application as previously taken (including GCSEs, AS levels, previously taken A-levels or equivalent, IELTS/TOEFL, DofE and music awards) via the Applicant Documents Upload Form. For international qualifications, certificates must be confirmed as accurate by the exam board: e.g. stamped for authentication or verified via an online portal (where available). All certificates not issued in English must be translated into English by an official translation service. Any official translation must be accompanied by the original documents or certificate for it to be considered valid. For those requiring a visa, a CAS cannot be issued until we have received all your verified certificates. |

If you have a conditional offer which includes international qualifications which are not verified through UCAS then please contact admissions@magd.cam.ac.uk as soon as possible to let us know your results once you have received them. You will also need to arrange to have your results officially verified (see below). A-level (including international A-levels), IB and SQA results are sent to us by UCAS, so you don't need to send us your results for these qualification. |

English language qualifications
If your offer contains an English Language qualification (such as IELTS or TOEFL) then please note that you will need to meet this condition by 31 July 2024, and we will need to verify your result via an online verification process. In order for us to verify your IELTS/TOEFL result, please send us a copy of your test report via the Applicant Documents Upload Form.
If you are an overseas offer holder and you declared the results of an IELTS or TOEFL test on your UCAS application (and do not have a language condition included in your offer) we can verify the results online (needed for visa purposes). Please send us a copy of the test report via the Applicant Documents Upload Form as soon as possible, and by mid-May at the latest.
Receiving exam results
We receive exam results directly from UCAS for A-levels, international A-levels, IB and Scottish Highers. If you are taking other international qualifications such as HKDSE, Gaokao, APs, European Baccalaurate or other country specific exams then please arrange for your results to be sent to the College as soon as possible once they have been released.
Results that are not sent to us through UCAS will need to be officially verified. For those taking AP or SAT exams, please authorise College Board to send your results to the University of Cambridge.
All certificates not issued in English must be translated into English by an official translation service. Any official translation must be accompanied by the original documents or certificate for it to be considered valid.
Disability disclosure
If you have a disability but chose not to declare it on your UCAS form, then you can choose to disclose it now via the Access and disability services online form. This form goes to the University's Accessibility and Disability Services, and information disclosed through this enables us to plan ahead and ensures that the support you need is available when you get to Cambridge. STEP Support Programme
This free online STEP Support Programme is offered by the University of Cambridge to help university applicants develop their advanced mathematical problem-solving skills and prepare for STEP mathematics exams. All offer holders who have STEP as a condition of their offer are advised to use these resources.
