MCR

All graduate members of the College,including Bye-Fellows, are automatically members of the Middle Combination Room, otherwise known as the MCR. However, membership is not compulsory and anyone can waive the rights and privileges of membership.

The MCR President attends meetings of the Governing Body. The Committee is elected annually by the postgraduate community. We are responsible for the running of the television and reading rooms of the MCR. Also, we organise a number of social events. This includes the weekly BA dinner.

If there is anything about the running of the MCR, or the provision of services to graduate students by the College, which you think can be improved then do not hesitate to contact us.

Further information can be found on the MCR Web site. The MCR site is independently maintained; it is not part of the official College website, and the views and opinions expressed thereon do not constitute views and opinions of the College as a whole or of the Governing Body.
