Magdalene Telephone Campaign 2025
We are excited to announce this year’s Magdalene College Telephone Campaign will be running from 22 March to 6 April. This annual initiative is a vital opportunity for us to connect with our global Magdalene community, share updates on College life, and raise essential funds to support our students and preserve our heritage.
Supporting the next generation
This year, we are focusing on several key areas that directly impact students and College life:
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate Support: Helping students thrive at Magdalene, regardless of financial circumstances.
- Teaching – Dias Law Fund: Strengthening our teaching capacity and enhancing academic excellence.
- Unrestricted Fund: Providing flexible support to address the College’s most pressing needs.
- Pepys Restoration Project: While not a core fundraising area this year, donations are still welcome to help preserve this national treasure.
Meaningful conversations with our students
During the campaign, our team of enthusiastic Magdalene students will be calling Members and friends. These conversations offer a chance to hear first-hand about College life today and share your own experiences and advice. Our students truly value the insights and support of alumni as they prepare for life beyond Magdalene.
We know your time is valuable. If you are due to receive a call, the Alumni and Development team will contact you in advance, giving you the option to opt-out or make a gift ahead of time.
Make an impact
Last year, nearly 300 Members made a gift during the campaign, providing vital support for students and College projects. This year, we hope to build on that generosity. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us offer bursaries, fund scholarships, and ensure that financial challenges never limit a Magdalene education.
