We hope that you are as set as you can be for the term. We are here to support you and if at any point you are struggling or have concerns about your levels of coping, please reach out by filling out the Wellbeing Service Form and we can arrange an appointment.

Wellbeing activities from the JCR, the Chaplain and the Health and Wellbeing Service. We hope that you can create some time to participate in some of the activities.

Tea at Three
Wednesdays, 3.00pm, New Library social space
Meet with friendly faces and share the experience of enjoying tea or your hot drink of choice with fellow students. There will be sweet treats available that will cater for all dietary requirements and we are open to sweet treat suggestions!

Yoga with Alix
Mondays, 7.00pm, Squash Court

Practising yoga regularly can greatly improve mental health by reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing mindfulness.

Physical Health Nudge

Tuesday 25 February, Wednesday 26 February and Thursday 27 February.

In collaboration with the University of Cambridge Sports Center and Healthy Nudge, gain valuable insights into your current health status. Including: cholesterol, blood glucose, body composition, peak flow, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, resting pulse rate and grip strength.

Sessions will be held at Magdalene between 8.30am - 4.30pm on the dates listed. Please book your spot using the link below.
