College Committees
The College Committees report to the Governing Body, which takes all major decisions on behalf of the College. In some cases they report through the Finance and General Purposes Committee. Governing Body and other minutes are available as paper documents three months after confirmation by contacting the Freedom of Information Officer. A charge will be made to cover photocopying charges - see here. They will exclude information for which exemptions apply (for example personal information exempt under the Data Protection Act, or commercially sensitive information exempt under the Freedom of Information Act.)
Consultative Committee
The Consultative Committee at which the student representatives meet with College Officers meets termly. The Committee comprises the Senior Tutor, the Senior Bursar, the Assistant Bursar, and the Presidents of the Middle and Junior Combination Rooms. There are no minutes. Student representatives are members of many of the College Committees and attend the Governing Body for Unreserved Business. Members of staff attend or are members of other relevant committees.
