Magdalene Members' Dinner 2025

We very much hope that many Magdalene Members will take the opportunity to return to College on Saturday 13th September 2025 to dine at our special Magdalene Members' Dinner. This is a wonderful opportunity to share the experience of dining at Magdalene with a guest, or to arrange an informal reunion amongst your friends.

There will be the opportunity to return to Chapel for a Evensong, enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the Robert Cripps Gallery, (during which you can also have a look around the New Library, winner of the 2022 Stirling Prize), before enjoying a four course black-tie dinner with Fellows' wines in Magdalene's wonderful candlelit Hall in the evening.

The programme for the day is as follows:

• From 2.00pm: Check in for those who have booked accommodation in College
• 6.15pm: Evensong in Chapel
• 6.45pm: Pre-Dinner drinks in the Robert Cripps Gallery
• 7.30pm: Black tie dinner in Hall

Cost

Places at the dinner cost £80 per person, which includes pre-dinner drinks, followed by a four course meal served with Fellows' wines and port. 

Accommodation

A limited number of ensuite bed and breakfast rooms are available in College for the night of Saturday 13th September. Double rooms cost £90.00, and single rooms cost £75.00. Please select the relevant accommodation when booking should you require a room. 

Booking

Given the limited capacity of Hall, places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, and therefore prompt booking is advised. To register please complete the form below to book your place.
