Degree Ceremonies
General Admission, the main graduation ceremony for undergraduates, usually takes place in June for those expecting to graduate with one of the following degrees, B.A., M.Eng., M.Math., M.Sci., Vet.M.B., B.Th.
Graduation ceremonies for other degrees take place throughout the year. However, not all ceremonies include the option to graduate in person.

General Admission
General Admission is the ceremony at which most undergraduates proceed to their first Degree at the end of their final term.
Postgraduate Degree Ceremonies
Information on Congregations for candidates taking postgraduate degrees (M.A., M.Phil., M.B.A., Ph.D. etc) and those eligible, but unable, to attend General Admission.
Graduands' Dress
If you choose to graduate in person at the Senate House, you are required to wear academical dress at the Graduation Ceremony. Please read the following details carefully, the Proctors have given notice that anyone inappropriately dressed will not be allowed to proceed to their degree that day.
MA Day
If you hold a Cambridge B.A. you may proceed to the M.A. not less than six years from the end of your first term of residence, providing that you have held your B.A. degree for at least two years.
