To be eligible to apply for a place on this course, you need to apply in the first instance for Engineering.

The two-year course in Manufacturing Engineering is available to some students who have successfully completed Part Ia and Part Ib of Engineering. Selection is competitive, with about 44 places available in any given year. You do not need to say you are interested in MET when you apply in order to be allowed to compete for a place after Part I b. However, if you mention it on your application form, the interviewers will be able to give you more details about the course in combination with Engineering.
